It was covered by other artists, though. The most popular one I know of is DJ Sammy's cover, a dance remix that had Dominique van Hulst singing vocals.

Brian Adams is the original singer of "Heaven", and he sings it so well!! I think it is one of the most beautiful songs ever written.
