It is possible that you might just have to skip church and worship the Lord in your own shrine. You may do well to call one of your church friends to let them know you are unwell and won't attend.
The most important thing about your diarrhoea (and the way it might kill you if it does) is that it causes dehydration. The most important treatment for it is rehydration - drinking plenty of water, perhaps a little bit at a time. If you can drink 50mL of water every 15 minutes that would be plenty
There are some medications you can take to reduce the diarrhoea (loperamide, codeine, etc) but you'll probably have to go to the chemist or get someone to go to the chemist for you if you want to try this.
Likewise, there are some medications to reduce the nausea/vomiting such as metoclopramide or prochlorperazine. In australia you will need a doctor's prescription to get these.
Paracetamol (acetaminophen) and buscopan (hyoscine) are useful for abdominal cramps.
In some cases people become very very sick with this, particularly when they are unable to replace their fluid enough. If this is the case you should go to a hospital emergency department. You can be rehydrated through an IV drip.
Maybe one of your church friends could help you with all this.
