more than two but less than seven because then it becomes a week.

Technically:
"a couple" means two...
"a few" means three in most cases, though it can mean four (but normally no more)...
"several" can mean anywhere from about five to almost any number before twenty or so (but usually somewhere between five and ten).
Hope this helped (sorry couldn't help any more, but there's no way to be precise with a phrase like this one...it is meant to be broad)! God bless. :)
Oh, and the week thing doesn't really apply here because of the innate, purposeful broadness of the phrase.

According to Webster several days is always more than 2 and always less than 5.
