it has flooded where i live. in a nearby town everything was ruined, the water was up to the second story. also, in my home in california the garages were always flooding. also, my school had to be closed for an extra week during christmas break because of sever flooding.

there are some places that flood yes, but luckily, I have never personally been involved in a flood.

well believe it or not New Mexico has flooded. yeah i am serious. when it rains the ground doesn't soak it up too well. there is a lot of flooding when it rains. so yeah

i live in the hills and mountains. when it floods, its just a specific low area like a high way or low yards.

i was at my grandmas one time, and it flooed where she was. it was in the middle of the night and the water was waist deep. luckily, theres a hill between her lawn and the street so it didnt reach the house..i think i was about....7 maybe..
