Seems only a few folk knew what you mean. I'm a musician, and i know hundreds of musicians. When we are in a good mood, we will never pass up an opportunity to play, but if we are tired or stressed then its the same as any other job. I can watch someone playing and i know if they would rather be somewhere else, or if they are stressed.

Absolutely not. Becoming a talented musician needs practice. Even professionals practice before a performance.

No, not always ready they do a great deal of rehearsing and even then don't always give a perfect performance. My daughter is a professional singer with a band and they rehearse to within an inch of their lives, but when you see them perform it looks effortless.

Definitely not always. You have to be in the mood if you want to enjoy it. But if you do it for a living, even if your not feeling it it can be done.
