i keep hearing you can download stuff for the sims game off the computer. I f this is true how do u do it do u have to go to website please help!

When you register your game you can download directly into the game while you are playing it.
While playing your game... On the dial on the left side, click on the asterisk. It will ask to go online where you can look at fun objects to download, high rated sim (people), and also houses to download.
After you download what you want, you can play them. You can also save your favorite sim families and their houses, by clicking on the house they live in and when you see the pop up, click on the asterisk and it will let you put your stuff online to share with your other Simming friends. It's fun!

You can go to the sims2 home page : TheSims2.com, they have items there or here are a couple more sites:
TheSimsResource.com, Linda'sSims2.com.
You download them into your ea/games downloads folder after you unzip them and they appear in the game.
