Most likely just everything stretching out and making room for a growing baby. Round ligament pain can be painful. It's a ligament that is around your pelvis. It stretches during pregnancy and it can cause a lot of pain.

Refer to my answer in your other question. IT could be the baby moving around depending how far along you are. They do hiccup and that can cause short bursts and bouncying of pain or jsut weird jitters in your belly. Like I said consult your doctor first if your that concerned otherwise I wouldn't worry about it.

Didn't I see this question earlier??? It could be ligaments stretching, it could be an ovarian cyst or it could be an ectopic pregnancy. You need to consult your doctor. Have you had an ultrasound yet?
