What does Don do that makes him so mean? Has he been under a lot of stress lately? Is he the impatient type? Has someone betrayed him? If he's testy to you, it probably has nothing to do with you, and there's something else bothering him. Why not ask him if there's anything he'd like to discuss with you. Men don't have periods or PMS, so usually their moods are more stable than women's -- not ruled by hormones. I can't tell you why he's mean, unless that's just his nature. You know him better than I, so you try to figure it out and help him be a little nicer to you.

I actually had a guy/boy friend tell me that one time ! That he was having a "man period" day !! Don't you think that is just a bit lame, why does anyone - male or female - have to have an excuse to be upset ? Are females only upset when they are having one or two or five of "those" days !! Silly people.
Leave the excuses behind. Own up fully to your responsiblities and emotions.

There has been discussions that men have monthly cycles so it's possible. Certainly the physical stuff that a woman goes through is obvious, but men have mood swings as well.
Some have tried to guess it as a 23 day cycle.

Some folks here are quite perceptive, but they aren't psychic. You've got to give some info, if you hope to get helpful insights. Does he have hairy palms? Does he howl at the moon? Are there needle marks on his arms? Does he sit in a corner muttering and drooling? Come on, give us SOMETHING to work with.

usually if a guy starts being mean to you that means he has found another girl and he wants you to do the breaking up,so that he doesn't have to.
