If it feels like period cramps I wouldn't worry about to much. Every little ache and pain is annoying short and makes you wonder what is going on or worry. After 3 kids I learned to not worry about anything unless my doctor tells me to up until labor starts.

I would say yes...I had a lot of round ligament pain in my first 5 months of pregnancy...I felt like my ovaries were falling out at times...but they can be very long pains too. I had one morning where I stayed in bed for hours because it was so bad. One thing that worked to get rid of it that morning was to take a hot shower...that made me feel good for a little while. Or taking tylenol and laying on your side. Laying with your legs stretched can cause it to hurt more!

Didn't I see this question earlier??? It could be ligaments stretching, it could be an ovarian cyst or it could be an ectopic pregnancy. You need to consult your doctor. Have you had an ultrasound yet?
