Hot Sauce is the best dribbler on the And 1 squad. The thing to remember is that nearly all the moves that you see are illegal. Those guys travel and carry, sometimes all at the same time. That's one reason why the guys on that team won't get past an NBA training camp. Every now and then they get invited to workout with NBA teams during their summer leagues or training camps, but they can't play within the organized structure of the NBA. Those guys usually wind up getting cut or get sent to the NBDL/overseas. Other reasons are size (or lack of it), bad attitudes, poor conditioning, or all of the above. Look at Pharmacist on ESPN's Streetball reruns. A point guard who can't run hard more than a few times up and down the court? No NBA team would take a player like that. Some do legitimately get passed over, but usually it's because of their illegal style of play. In an organized game & without the moves, many of those guys are on the level of good, but not elite, college level players.
