The physical world is only one reality. Physical matter exists in this time and dimension, but it also co-exists with other realities. What some people call the "spiritual" dimension is this alternate reality. So yes, two worlds live side-by-side. One we can see and the other we can only understand indirectly. Thank you for this good question. It shows that you are a seeker. I urge you to continue your studies. :)

I am not sure if you mean Psychic or just physical, but I will say its very much a PHYSICAL world, with a spiritual realm.
