Every time that i get my period and i have a bowel movement (#2) it hurts really really bad...this is extremely embarassing and i dont know who to ask since this is so embarassing please help!

Drink lots of fluids espcially water. Also increase your fiber intake. Relax and take some Ibuprofen if it continues talk with your family nurse at your doctors office. I'm a nurse and I welcome all my clients to come and talk to me about anything! I would rather be the middle woman between the doctor and our patient to keep my paitent from becoming embaressed.

Try drinking more water and increase the fiber in your diet. And don't be embarassed to go talk to a nurse or doctor about your problem. Hormones do effect both the bladder and bowels.

If you are serious about this question, I suggest you see your Doctor.
Anything to do with pain should be checked, especially when it is enough for you to ask opinions.
Just remember, it is better to be told there is nothing wrong, than wait and find out it got worse....in fact just worrying about this can cause it's own health concerns.
Do yourself a favour and speak to a professional.

drink more water.. and eat more whole wheat foods. u can also trying taking a very gentle laxative so there's less pressure.
