Is Kanye West going on tour?

I thought I just read on VH1.com that he plans to tour in two weeks going back and forth between certain parts of the US and Australia/NZ. So is going on tour soon?

I think that he is, he has been touring though, but I think just at colleges (The College Dropout Tour). I just saw him at ISU, in Bloomington, IL this year! It was the bomb even though we were really high up in the stands!
