One of the all-time greatest games ever released on the Xbox system. This game is very popular because of the good music, amazing plot, and action. The first game was very good, but some people said that the second one was not as good. This was because there was not supposed to be a third one. There was supposed to be halo and halo 1 and that's it. Microsoft and Bungie decided that they should cut the game and half and make a third one so that they could boost the sales of the xbox 360. In halo 2, the arbiter was totally made up to accommodate the other half of the game that was taken out. Another example is, in the halo 2 trailer (Where he is on the ship and he pulls the switch and flies down to the other covenant ship), the Earth is under major attack. This trailer was made before the decision on cutting the game in half, this means that the explosions and destruction happening in the trailer is what the Earth will look like in halo 3, because the covenant bring a larger fleet.

my husband loved the first one but kind of hated the second...or was just really disappointed by it. he plays xbox 360 now. hes waiting for the gears of war game to come out. says its supposed to be awesome and make halo look like a joke.

Game is okay, but then it sucks. Limited weapons like 6 or 5. I don't know why multiplayer is so cool these days, its ****ing multiplayer.
