When I'm playing DDR Extreme on my PS2, it often freezes when I'm playing in "Dance Master Mode". (Right before the song starts.) It doesn't happen before all of the songs, just some of them. However, it's making it really hard to play... Also, it doesn't freeze any other time... Does anybody have any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks!

I've tried cleaning it at home. (With water.) But, it didn't help. I've also tried cleaning it with toothpaste... (I heard somewhere that it sometimes works...)

You either have a bad disk, scratched disk, lens problem.

Possibly clean the disk? They sell cleaners at GameStop.

the disk is scratched. this is easily fixed. a cd scratch repair device can be purchased at walmart or target for 20 bucks ...if that doesnt work youve scratched the data cleanoff or the memory is corrupt....in which case you cant do anything about it
