Do you think that the latest from the Scissor Sisters has shades of the Bee Gees about it?. Not that I think that there is anything wrong with the Bee Gees. What is your opinion on this group?
I find the Sissors Scissors as a group to be totally inoffensive unlike some other groups and are fun to watch at times. But then what does a boring old fart like me know about todays music scene? I only grew up with some of the best bands of their time Such as Pink floyd, Bread, Genesis and Fleetwood Mac to name but a few. Oh and the Beatles!

The Scissor sisters rock ! they are so quirky but they have that feel good factor about them. I agree they do sound a little like the Bee Gee's mainly because of the falsetto voice, however they are a breath of fresh air amongst some of the music around.

Bee Gees and George Michael in parts I think.

I too love the Scissor Sisters, think they are a great band! I thought it sounded like the BeeGees too! I had Wham and Duran Duran to grow up with. God I miss the good old music days. It woz all so good and music will never be the same again!

I think the song is great and love how they don't seem to take themselves too seriously esp in the video (there's no way anyone dances like that really, is there). For what its worth, I don't really think the song sounds like the Bee Gees, but that's only my opinion.

They rock!! But some of their stuff could be seen as offensive. Like Monkey Baby or the Devils Bicycle but thats one of the reasons i love them, they're saying don't take it so seriously its supposed to be fun!!
Pink Floyd, Genesis (when Peter Gabriel was singer!), Fleetwood Mac, they're all great too but then i'm old too :-D
