What sort of weapons and armor did Scandanivan soldiers use in the 700-1000 AD range?

Well, that puts them around the "Viking" era of Scandanivan history,so they mainly had spears, knives, swords, etc. They also has shields & chainmail. They really were the first well armed group of warriors in history.
