Does she know that you're interested in this guy? If not, you should let her know. If she does know, and she still flirts with him, then you probably should find another best friend, because no friend would do such a thing, knowing you like the guy. I wouldn't tell her it makes you mad. Just let her know that you're interested in him, and that he's off limits. If she ignores that, then she's no friend of yours. Meantime, you might clue the boyfriend in also. Does he know you like him? Does he like you? If the answer to both questions is yes, then he should ignore her flirting as well.

You should also be flirting with the guy you like. Then let him make up his own mind. If she's your best friend you should tell her and maybe she will back off a little, but you can't blame her if she doesn't. She could like him just as much as you do, and she has every right and just as much oppurtunity to bag this guy as you do. You should probably take a hint from this girl and roll up your sleeves and try to be more aggressive about persuing this guy that you like. Don't blame your friend for being a flirt. It obviously works because guys love flirts.

Be straight up and tell her not to flirt with that person you like a-lot and then tell the you like the you really like him it's not going to hurt OK.

Nothing, you could tell her and she will not stop. She flirts because the guys she flirts with including your b/f responds to her. If he ignores her she will stop.
