step by step instructions please on resolving a fault with bluetooth connection. am trying to link with another phone, however my v3x says i am already paired with another device, which i know i am not. also am unable to turn bluetooth feature off, as it automatically reverts to a default setting of `on` after telling me it has been turned off....

well your phone is messed up, try bringing it to the place where you bought maybe they will fix the problem for ya, or call motorola, they will have to help you fix it =D

your phone's wack (sorry,but it's d truth). try trading it with a nokia 6131,cos it's clear u don't understand d phone (seriously).

it must be faulty as i have just got the same mobile and have no problems at all ,get it replaced
