Probably not. I believe Roddick is ranked 9th, while Federer is, well, at the very top. Federer's been on fire the last few days, and really looks unstoppable.

Despite Andy just lost to Roger, I think the only person that can "stop Roger" is Rafael Nadal - and on Clay court only (and I believe that won't even last long).
