The slang word for it in Mexico is "mota" pronounced: Mo tah. Some time ago, to be discreet, they used to say: Where's "Juana and Maria"? or Bring "Juana and Maria" with you. Nowadays they just say "Maria and her friend" or "Juana and her friend". Get it?
