I have two passwords that I've used for years. Why change when they work just fine?

every 1 month
it's good to have password with all type of number,symbol(@#!$%) and uppercase and lowercase character

Encrypt your password with #'s and letters,every 2 or 3 months.

Once every two weeks and use at least 1 or 2 numbers in it.

Best practice's are to change them every 90 days, password cracking tools can break them faster that that ( about 1 hour).

about once every 6 months or so..or sooner if I feel its necessary.
