I want a place that I can rent a golf cart in or around Rowlett,Tx. I am wanting it for Halloween to ride the kids around in.

You will find that they are not registered or constructed for public road use. Most have no lights, no lawful brakes, no registration plates and are not taxed or insured for road use.
