how to apply roll on oil cologne?

please teach me how to apply roll on cologne!!1 should i rub some on my hand then pat my hands on my neck and shirt or etc please give me specific answers please

It's roll on --- so roll it on. Roll it directly where you want it. Don't put it on your shirt, it will leave a stain. I would put it on the neck, stomach, and/or wrist. Oil last longer and is stronger so go easy with it.

i'm not a guy but im guessing you'd just roll a little on your neck or something. but dont put on too much or you will stink.
