For pros yeah as the more they make the higher the fee goes up depending on the contractual share usually minimum 15%
High school/college get paid a base fee from their respective school, depending on how the team does the next contract negotiation would go much better.

Depends on the contract. They don't have contracts in high school, but pro they do. It is kind of like how players can get bonuses for high stats.
