I know how you feel. It's something straining to want a baby and can't conceive as quickly as you want. But, at least you're not in my terrible predicament; my tubes are tied, clipped and burned. I have to spend $3,500 to get a reversal, and travel all the way to Mexico in March to have a possibility of conception.

TO HAVE A BOY YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO DO IT FROM THE REAR...I READ THIS IN THE PARENTING MAGAZINE....FOR A GIRL ...MISSIONARY. ALSO FOR A BOY TRY AND HAVE AN ORGASM IT HELPS THE MALE SPERM FIND THE EGG. I AM NOT LIEING IT WORKED FOR ME. GOOD LUCK!!
