guitar chords .com has online lessons and they also have an extensive online chord dictionary. they also teach anything you want to learn about guitars, like theory, improvisation, lead or rhythem , speed metal, jazz...etc..etc, and the site is very user friendly.

I'll teach you. For the verse, it's C, G, C strummed: C- dd, G- dud, C-dd For the chorus, it goes something like: ddu to fit the time. That's how I play it anyway. I suggest, stick with your lessons. I can't even read musical tablature cause I'm not formally trained :)
