Why????? are you nuts? You should be proud to have full lips dude! come on...Don't do this to yourself.. I am sure you are beautiful the way you are. If anyone said that you need to do that, they have no right to say it to you.

I saw a lady get her lips reduced on one of those makeover shows, but there was nothing natural about it, they had to do surgery.
