I've been trying to get it off gently without scratching the paint etc. but It won't budge. It's on my window and the hood. I've tried "Goo Gone" but it only worked a little bit. I was wondering if there is a specific product that is known to work. Thanks

Don't use a scraper. It can scratch. Try kerosene. If you don't have any, use gasoline. But be careful, use only very little, and don't start a fire.
Party Girl is wrong. I have used gasoline to remove bugs, tar and wax when Goo Gone did not work.
