Since Los Angeles DOESN'T have a team, San Francisco.
During the early part of the season, the weather is mostly cloudy with patchy fog in the morning then becoming partly sunny. Highs in the upper 50s to upper 60s. Which keeps the players cool on the field.
On the whole, San Francisco winters are mild compared to the rest of the country, and days between storms can be surprisingly crisp and sunny. So towards the end of the season, the weather is still pretty.

I would say any NFL team with a domed stadium. But out of those 6 options. I would have to say either San Fran or Tampa Bay.

F. You have got to be kidding-Green Bay?
All enclosed indoor stadiums. Ford Field in Detroit(to bad they still don't have a good team), the new Cardinals stadium in Glendale, AZ that the Bidwells screwed Phoenix on.
