wat bout the children after divorce?

I'm a firm believer that both parents should play an active role in raising children after a divorce. Kids need both their mom and dad even if it isn't under the same roof. It is in the long term interest and development of the children. For one parent to try and deny access and the right to raise the children is morally wrong. Kids are not a money grab.
Just my thoughts.....

No doubt divorce is really tough on the kids. The parents need to be careful not to make the kids take sides. Don't speak negatively of your ex to the children, they will only get confused. And most of all, be kind.

The children will be fine as long as they are able to communicate with both parents. Oh, and try to keep the conversations with them, about them (the children). If you start asking questions about the other parents then it usually leads to one parent saying the other is not allowed to see the children and you will end up in court paying money that could have been spent on the children.

I can tell you for sure that they are better off then my grandchildren are.. their mother died.. divorce is better than losing a parent for life..
As long as you do not use the kids to hurt each other and really parent together and don't undermind each other.. things will be fine.

THEY ARE SAD HURT BLAME THEMSELVES MOST OF THE TIME.
YOU HAVE TO TREAT THEM KINDLY AND LET THEM SEE BOTH PARENTS.

they get hurt. badly. i wouldn't do it unless it was absolutely necessary. (i.e he was abusing me, cheating on me, desperate situations like that)
