Why get into a car with someone who races around without a working speedometer?
If you really need to know, have a cop waiting at the end of a street with a speed detector, waiting to clock your speed while you and your friend zoom by.

I would say the fastest he think he is going. There is no telling how fast your going without a speedometer. But if there a few cop cars following you, bet you life your travelling way to fast.,....
