The 3 states of matter are gas, liquid, and solid.

Tell the friend that due to the law of conservation of mass matter can not disappear, but it can change form. The newspaper was burnt in the fire, from there it turned into ash.

The three states of matter are solid, liquid, and gas. Plasma, too... which is found on the Sun.

The second section states that your friend claims the newspaper "is completely gone." Due to the law of conservation of mass, matter cannot totally disappear; it merely changes states. In this case, the newspaper was burned, and turned into ash.

hi Sorry yet you have chose extra analyzing. would desire to examine the stoichiometry of the reaction too, i think of. for question a million 1mole Cl2 = 2 mole HCl 11.2 L of Cl2 /22.4 L/mol = 0.5 moles Cl2 x (2mol HCl/a million mol CL2) = a million mol HCl x 22.4L/mol = 22.4 L for question 2 2 moles ethane = 4 moles CO2 269 L ethane / 22.4 L/mol = 12 moles ethane x (4 moles CO2/2moles ethane) = 24 moles CO2 x 22.4 L/mole = 538 L ethane
