If you are refering to questions, I agree that some wee ones dont have a clue, but then again, I have seen grown adults that dont have the common sense to provide needed details in order to receive proper answers! They will ask questions like "how do I take a picture with my camera?" and not tell you what make and model it is! It seems that people aint got the sense to read the dam manual to begin with!

There are parental controls, Net Nannies, cyber patrols and all manner of software applications designed to look after teens. But there are two key factors - The criminals are persistent and teens don't like rules.
When I were a lad! No seriously, I broke every rule I could find when I was a teenager. Just for sake of breaking it. That's normal.
Every day responsible people try to keep teenagers safe, it's just that policing the world a difficult task. Especially when the criminal can hide anywhere, pretend to be anyone and the potential victim doesn't want to keep to the rules.

I am an old "fart" but I have many young teens and babies in my family that I love, encourage and support a lot! I know what
young souls offer to our world more than you can imagine. You

Maybe because poor grammar and spelling, along with incomplete sentences, present a turn-off.
