I Currently Have SP1 and I was wondering how to download SP2. I was also wondering is it going to cost money? Does SP2 cause any problems? (If they do what kind)

it's free.
Goto windows update site, and click on SP2 to download. After a few messages, it'll begin to download on you machine. It may take a while depending on your connection.

Go to windowsupdates and download SP 2. But before you do, make sure you aren't infected with any spyware of virus, otherwise that can cause problems while downloaded SP2.
It is free and you should download it, because microsoft is dropping support for anything that is Win XP SP1 and below.

In terms of potential problem, since SP2 has a lot higher protection mechanism built-in. There might be a few extra security measures enabled by default and limited your access to internet or programs. One of the most common one is the Internet Firewall setting.

MS will make you download it and install it at the same. This way MS can check your computer see what your up to. Check to see if have any there software illegally on it.

Just go to Windows Update and run thru the process it will give you this as a choice to update.
If you want to manually update, this is not as easy, its better to just let Windows Update do it.
There is NO COST to update.
