Aresenic and old lace covers all three, scary/comedy/ drama. It's also in black and white so that makes it real classic (1944).

All time classic movie bar none: Vampire Biker Babes.
An endearing love story about a woman raped by a gang of Nazi bikers, who has a sister who is in an all-girl vampire biker gang, who then proceeds to shred them to pieces in revenge. A future classic! I tear up just thinking about it!

I love Singing in the Rain. There's also Arsenic and Old Lace (Carey Grant) and of course, Casablanca.
