im stuck between how much i bench i hear if i go heavy(185 to 205) i will get stronger wit less reps. then i hear if i go lite(155 to 135) i will see more definition. then on top of that im fast 4 my size but i want 2 b faster so wat do i do

Depending on your age and weight;
use Creatine drink mix (you can buy it at Wal Mart in the fitness/nutrition section of the vitamin aisles.Creatine is natural, safe, AND IT WORKS!!!!! Creatine occurs in your muscles, it makes you STRONGER when you use it with lifting, okay?
you can bulk up using weight gain drink mixes (also at Wal Mart)
don't overdo the weight lifting. Start light and work up in weight
If you're playing football, speed is AS important AS weight AND strength!!!!!

You should always be able to at least bench press your own body weight

the military press is THE most important lifting exercise you can
be doing!!! ultimately you should be able to throw your own body weight in the military press, and rep it 5 to ten times

More cardio. Best cardio workout I do is alternating intensity on a treadmill. For example, do a high speed for a couple minutes, drop it down to a fast walk for a minute, then for back to a high speed for a couple minutes. Do this for a 30-45 minutes daily for a couple weeks and you'll notice a difference. Then, when lifting, use lower weight, heigher reps.
