2sin(x)^2 - 3sin(x) + 1

think of this problem like 2x^2 - 3x + 1

(sin(x) - 1)(2sin(x) - 1)

if you want this to equal 0, then

sin(x) - 1 = 0
sin(x) = 1
x = 90°

2sin(x) - 1 = 0
2sin(x) = 1
sin(x) = (1/2)
x = 30° or 150°

x = 30°, 90°, or 150° or (pi/6), (pi/2), or ((5pi)/6)

first of all its theta not data

and second of all you solve it, use your ti-83 calculator and put it into the y= and look for the x intercept, so do it your self
