Sound like he should get a check up from a doctor.

My lay man guess is low blood sugar.

You wrote "His body severely jerks".

You sure he does not sever.

By these vague questions, no definte answers can be made.
What I feel is that..your brother need to undergo the "full check up" or "master check up", where the full assessment of the total body is done and the respective consultants see the patients as per the findings in the testing..
Maybe your brother may require the help of a surgeon and a psychiatrist..
Go for the total check up..and let the consultantsdo their job..
Contact a leading good hospital like "Apollo" !
They have this MHC..
All the best..!

He sounds like he has some sort of medical problem with his kidney or urethra. It would certainly be wise to see a urologist.

Get a 16 oz bottle of cranberry concentrate from the health food store (unsweetened).
Put 8 oz in a gallon of water and drink 8 oz morning, noon and night before meal. You will get two gallons out of one 16 oz bottle.

This is excellent for flushing out your kidneys. My hubby had a urination problems and this and saw palmetto solved it .

You have heard the line about "Peeping like a Race Horse." So it worked quite well.

My Dad had kidney stones and cranberry juice was prescribed. Cranberry and blueberry juices (and others I'm sure) are very acidic and help dissolve them..

Severe body jerks? I don’t think so. What a guy normally experiences is a brief shiver of relief after urination. Hence the saying, “ I have to relieve myself.” The longer the delay in relieving the bladder the stronger the shiver. Your brother must be prone to delaying in relieving himself.
