If I Leave one of my surface burner's on for an hour'' how much water would be released from flame???if i could capture the water in a container''if any

Hi. Depends on the rate of gas consumption and the rate at which water is formed. If the gas were to burn into pure water and you knew how much oxygen was combined with hydrogen in the process, you would just add the two.
