Hi ive signed up with yahoo! chat but the thing is, it doesnt change from a window that comes up and it tells me that if it doesnt go to the chat page it could be because of my firewall, norton sercurity,, and it says for me to disable or adjust them slightly, the thing is i dont want to turn it off but i dont know what to adjust to make it work, i tried turning the pop up blocker off but it didnt work. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do ? Thanks

Just turn your firewall off on Norton, you have the windows one anyway-you don't need the Norton one. Norton is awful, you would be better of with McAfee security suite.
If the worst comes to the worst, turn your windows one off too, it really isnt a big deal, although it is advised to have at least one turned on.
I would imagine turning norton off would solve this though :)

Mine worked once I turned the pop up blocker off. I have Norton Firewall.

There is an option in Norton for the programs that can access the internet - if you want to block permanently - allow one time or allways allow. I can't remember where it is, but just take a look around the options and you will find it.

try yor preogram acess and defalts itsprobbily blocked by windows
