Seriously though, if you're in the UK, try Swimshop online. They've got just about everything you might need for/in a pool.
Those big clocks aren't cheap, though.

If it's your pool and you want to use timing for different activities, and assessing progress of these, I personally would do a program using a computer, and have the screen as the clock, customisable in any way you want. If you're very technical you could hide the screen and use giant l.e.d. displays, with this.

you could check in the swimshops, swimming pool experts or visit any competition pool and inquire from the personnel there. try your luck.... unless of course you were trying to be colloqualial!
