Seriously though, if you're in the UK, try Swimshop online. They've got just about everything you might need for/in a pool.
Those big clocks aren't cheap, though.

If it's your pool and you want to use timing for different activities, and assessing progress of these, I personally would do a program using a computer, and have the screen as the clock, customisable in any way you want. If you're very technical you could hide the screen and use giant l.e.d. displays, with this.
