A while back i had gone to a resort with my friend and her mom, i had statred my period that weekend.We stared walking back and i fealt my pad coming out of my shorts so i went around a big bush and reached in and grabed it threw over the bush, My friend found it later in her trolley, her asked me if it was mine and i denied it. My freind is inviting me again for next weekend but her mom dosent want me to come unless i admit to it.Should i?

Blush! I'd confess, apologize. You probably were embarrassed about the whole thing, that's why you told her you didn't do it, right? To make the issue go away? Confess, it may be painful, but you'll feel better.
