23h, 59m 59.99999. . . . (ad infinitum) seconds. You can round that to 24h 0m 0s if you like, but that technically does not exist. Now, if you are looking for the maximum declination, that would be roughly +23.5 degrees.

Right ascension is similar to longitude on the celestial sphere. Since the sun moves all the way through the sky and crosses the entire celestial sphere it has no maximum. It expiriences every right ascension.

Hi. I don't think there is one (a maximum). (It's "ascension" BTW.)
