can some one help??

Question

when trying to run any virus scan my browser will shut down...im not running any other programs and i have ample memory

ive used these scans before with no problem...its a new pc ...it can handle it

ive done that .. im assuming its a trojan or virus doing it... i just dont know how to fix it
