You're right, in order to drag the scroll bar up and down you must left-click your mouse. If you selec the page you are working on you can also use the up and down arrows to scroll up and down. Most of the time the scroll wheel on your mouse will have the same function, hence the name.

It won't, left click it. If your talking about the taskbar at the bottom of the screen, the one with the Start Button, Right Click and make sure lock taskbar is unchecked. Good luck

The mouse has a little rubber ball inside the mouse. Take the two screws out, Be carefull! Clean the rubber ball with soap, or alcohol! be sure it's clean and dry!! Put it back together, And Magic! it's working. Chech inside the mouse, you might have some lint, or dirt!!

Left click is to use an item, right click is to modify it.
