Nope. Not at all.
Yes, The Twins won that game (in convincing style 12-1).
Bonderman hasn't won a game since July something.
Our offense has been slacking alot lately.
Yet still the Tigers maintain thier lead in the division.
Albeit 2 games.
You forget about the 2005 whinny sux.
They had a 15 game lead over Cleveland in August, and they almost blew it.
So, in effect, The Tigers havent blown it (not as bad as the whinny sux almost did).
Plus, what happened to those whinny sux?
Are they really a 1.5 out of the wild card lead?
yes they are!
Are the whinny sux really going to miss the playoffs????????
OMG! cry me a river!
The Tigers still make the playoffs, either as the divsion leader or the wild card---it doesnt matter.
I personally would love to see Minnesota make the playoffs.
I respect the way they play the game, and without a $200 million payroll!
Even if The Tigers miss the playoffs (I dont think they will) as a Tiger fan I am very excited about the season they have had so far.
For the last 15 years they have really been bad, and now they are actually above the .500 mark!
If I were a whinny sux fan I'd be really scared!

any REAL Tigers fan is pretty darned happy no matter what happens now.
If you'd have asked any of them in spring training if they would be happy to be in the divison race with three weeks left, they'd have been THRILLED!
If you take a half a second and see where the Tigers have been for the last 15-20 years... you would know they are ahead of schedule.
(It's not like the Boston Choke Sox that have spent 150 million dollars to come up short and watch two former players becoming stars in Florida. I am thinking they wish they didn't trade for Josh Beckett, eh?)

I hope the Tigers hang on...The way the playoff matches currently set up would be Oakland against the Tigers in the 1st round...I'd rather have my Athletics play Detroit than Minnesota...

I won't lie to you, buddy my friend. We're getting anxious and irritated here in Motown. We still believe the Tigers are taking the Central, but yes we are quite unnerved by their play as of late.

GO WHITE SOX!!! As for Georgie Porgie, the Sox already won last year so we arent going to cry if we dont make it to the playoffs. Im not nervous at all, I am confident in my teams ability to win and if they dont pull through, they dont and theres always last year. Maybe you Tigers fans dont trust your team, but i trust them........... TO LOSE AND NOT MAKE THE PLAOFFS!
