why does paper blunt scissors so easily? (not talking about the game either.?

paper is 100% fiber with no lube (ouch) that about right, the dull times.every see thoes new electric scissors?

The paper is dressed with some sort of mineral for appearances sake and it is this which blunts the blades.

ahdunno, but if you cut up a piece of sandpaper they get sharp again
