There is only a drought in the south of the country. It has been caused by the German owners of Thames Water etc filling in the reservoirs and selling the land for housing to make fat profits. This is what happens when foreigners are allowed to buy up a countries infrastructure.
This is what Bliar has done to the indigenous white Englishmen.

it probably has something to do with the dutch government destroying all the plants, why? i dont know, but it is true. even the dutch are having problems at the moment. it also has to do with all the extra security checks with people entering the country, and a lack of cohones to go and get some and bring it back by individuals. i have been hearing it will get better since febuary this year but i dont believe it will, i suggest you purchase a lamp and grow your own.

There hasn't been much winter rainfall for a couple of years. We need winter rain because it soaks into the ground better, and gets to the water table. Summer rain tends to just run off because the ground is harder and less absorbant.

An exceptionally hot summer, insufficient rainfall, lots of leaks and burst water mains which are not being attended to in a timely fashion.
