You can take bouillon cubes and put them in the sprinkler cap in the the shower, so that he can get a nice soup shower.
You can take pull string fire crackers and tie one end to the door knob and the other end to something solid, so that when he opens the door it goes BANG!
You could get a cap gun and a flash camera and shoot him with the gun and the camera at the same time (The flash from the camera and the loud sound from the cap gun will make it seem like he was really shot, and you'd have his reaction captured on the camera). Ummm this one can be bad on the recipients heart.

Mine did too! I was thinking of shaving my head to surprise him. Then I thought of painting my 21 month old son's toe nails. Oh wait, I did that yesterday. Darnit.
